As part of the MRM Education and Internship Programme, during the evening of Thursday 18 June, Year 12 students at Westminster City School welcomed Rose St Louis, a highly respected and successful leader in the financial services industry, for a special careers talk.

Rose has over 25 years of experience in the sector and has held senior positions at organisations including Lloyds Banking Group and as Chief Executive Officer of Cavendish Online. Speaking to students at Westminster City School, she shared her career journey, reflecting on the opportunities, challenges and lessons that have shaped her professional success.

Having begun her career as a financial adviser, she spoke about the importance of understanding how to support customers, building strong relationships and remaining open to new opportunities throughout a career. She also encouraged students to develop confidence in their abilities, stay curious and pursue pathways that genuinely interest them.
