Beat the bully
Westminster City School ambassadors have attended anti-bullying training organised by acclaimed charity, Diana Award.
This one-day event, open to a number of schools, allowed young people to network, exchange ideas and share good practice. Designed to empower pupils, students and staff to change the attitudes, behaviours, and cultures of bullying, the training day helped to build skills and confidence in addressing different situations, both on and offline.
Attendance by some of our ambassadors at this anti-bullying workshop will support ongoing work at Westminster City School to prevent bullying. At our School, we do not tolerate bullying, abuse or harassment of any kind, and we believe that all young people have a right to learn in a supportive, caring, and safe environment, without the fear of being bullied.
The Diana Award charity, set up in memory of Diana, Princess of Wales, works to foster, develop and inspire positive change in the lives of young people.
