“I have always been fascinated by the natural world around us. This interest was definitely fuelled further, as a child, by watching Sir David Attenborough’s nature programmes on TV! Given all of this, it was certainly no surprise to members of my family when I decided to apply for related studies at university.
“I joined Westminster City School back in Year 7. Since starting my A Levels in our Sixth Form, I have found my A Level Biology to be really interesting, as well as a lot of fun. I can’t wait to take all the topics that I have enjoyed as part of my A Level even further, as an undergraduate student at Surrey.
“The idea of moving outside of London for my degree is exciting, although it will be a big change for me! However, I’m looking forward to the opportunities that the University of Surrey offers, including the chance to study a subject that has fascinated me since I was a child.”
