Exam certificates for all pupils and students who sat GCSE, BTEC or A Level exams in 2017, 2018 or 2019 will be available for collection from our School, from 3pm to 6pm, on Tuesday 7 January.

Since Westminster City School is not permitted to store certificates for more than 12 months from date of issue, it is extremely important that every effort is made to collect certificates on Tuesday 7 January.

Certificates can be collected by pupils or students, who must bring photo ID with them, unless they are still on roll at our School. If pupils or students wish someone else to collect certificates on their behalf, then they must e-mail: t.johnson@wcsch.com giving written permission. The person collecting certificates must also bring photo ID.

Please note: we will not be posting any certificates home due to the associated cost and the fact that these are valuable documents. In addition, examination boards will no longer replace lost certificates and will instead provide a statement of results, which incurs an additional cost to the pupil or student.

If you are unable to make our 7 January date, please e-mail t.johnson@wcsch.com to arrange an alternative time. After 7 January, certificate collection will be by appointment only, so please do not arrive at our School without an appointment, as your request cannot be met.

For all certificates issued before 2019, the deadline for collection will be Friday 14 February 2020, the last day before our half-term break. For 2019 certificates, the deadline will be 1 November 2020.
