As a member of one of London's best Youth Choirs, Inner Voices, Westminster City School students Zach (Year 10), Temi & Antonio (Year 11) spent part of their half term on the radio! Inner Voices were invited to sing as part of BBC Radio 4 broadcast of Sunday Worship.

Mr Cecile, who is Director of Music at Westminster City School said:

"Our school is one of the few Inner-London feeder schools for the Inner Voices Choir. We are proud to offer a progression pathway to Inner Voices for singers who are keen to continue their musicianship beyond the school day. Rehearsals for Choir takes place on Tuesdays after school and all are welcome!"

Temi commented on his experience saying:

“My experience with the Inner Voices Choir has been nothing short of fantastic. We have performed at countless venues, even in Belgium. Recently, we were fortunate enough to sing for the morning service at St Gabriel’s Church in Pimlico which was broadcast on BBC Radio 4. This was an experience I’ve never had before and it was very interesting to see behind the scenes the wide range of content that on the Radio.

“The fact that I am a part of the Westminster City School community means that I have access to these amazing opportunities and I am forever grateful. As a result, after my GCSEs I hope that I can study at the Sixth Form here.”
