Religious Studies and Collective Worship
Westminster City is a non-diocesan Christian school that also offers
25 places each year to boys of other world faiths. The school has its
own chaplain and assemblies for all students are held daily.
The school policy is that religious education and acts of collective
worship, while of a Christian nature, should include all students and
promote respect for different cultures and beliefs. Parents are expected
to encourage their children to contribute to, and benefit from, the
Christian ethos of the school.
All students participate in, and are entered for Religious Studies
examinations at GCSE. In recent years 75-80% of students attained an
A*-C grade. |
