New ICT equipment

During the summer closure we installed 24 new computers for student use in the Learning Resources Centre. This is a significant addition to the LRC and provides more opportunities for independent study before, during, and after school. Remember the LRC is open until 5.00pm every day.

We have also increased the number of interactive white boards in the school and installed a PC in every classroom. This has been done to enable a new software package, 'lesson monitor', to be used. This will enable teachers to access a student's record anywhere in the school and assist us in monitoring their work and progress. There have also been a number of improvements and upgrades to the network.
