We are committed to handling your concerns in a professional and helpful manner, striving to achieve resolutions that are in the best interests of all students. We understand that sometimes things go wrong and believe that addressing and resolving them is part of our work. The Governors and Headteacher hope that complaints can be satisfactorily considered on an informal basis.

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of school life, please contact the school by telephone or in writing to discuss your concern. There is a published complaints procedure, available from the school office and on the school website, which has been designed to allow you to resolve any concern or problem you may have regarding your child.
