Complete the Common Application Form available from Westminster City Council, your local authority or primary school. For more information on the Pan London admission system please contact the council’s School Admission team on 020 7641 1816/1817 or visit Westminster City Council website.

Complete the Westminster City School Supplementary Form in full, including a photograph with your son’s name and date of birth on the back and return directly to Westminster City School.

Friday 2 December 2011
Ensure that the Westminster City School Clergy Reference Form is completed, signed and stamped by your Vicar or Minister of religion and return directly to Westminster City School.
