Parents across London should receive letters about the outcome of their applications from their local education authorities on the 1 March 2018. Parents who have not received notification from their local education authority by 5 March 2018 should contact their authority directly.
Westminster City School will be sending outcome letters during the week of the 1 March 2018. Parents who have not received a letter from us by 8 March 2018 should contact the school. Please note we are unable to take calls regarding the outcomes of applications or waiting list inquiries until after 16 March 2018 once responses to offers are in.
Parents anticipating appealing should follow the instructions contained in the letter from the school, and may download the appeals form below.
When the appeals clerk receives the form, they will write to you to confirm receipt. The completed appeals form (including a self- addressed, stamped envelope) must reach the appeals clerk no later than Thursday 29 March 2018. Appeals will be heard early in June 2018. Prior to the appeals hearings, parents will receive their appointment date and time, the venue and any relevant documentation.
